We ask that you please respect this policy so that others may have an opportunity to enjoy the Firewater experience as well. Out of consideration for all of our guests, our dining tables, both inside and outside on our patio, are capped at a 2-hour dining time. We do not offer a printed children’s menu or activities to keep them occupied throughout the meal. We welcome families but ask that parents keep children at the table. Our restaurant is generally not the best environment for young children. We typically never make this request short of 90 minutes after you are seated. In the winter months, we have extremely limited seating as we are unable to use our outdoor dining space.
For parties of that size and larger, we recommend planning your visit earlier in the afternoon/evening when there are less likely long wait times. During the dinner hours, 5-9 pm, there may be a significant wait to accommodate groups of 6 or more. Though we try to accommodate everyone, it can be quite difficult to combine tables, and split parties will likely not be seated adjacent to one another or seated at similar times. The majority of our tables can accommodate only up to 4 people. Our restaurant is not designed for large groups. If we have a wait for dining, parties of 4 or less can join our online waitlist through our website at. In order to accommodate as many of our walk-in guests as possible, all of our dining space is seated first come, first served.
If you have questions, have a look at the many pictures on Instagram and Facebook of the space and patrons and use your best judgment. The afternoon atmosphere is casual and the evenings can be a bit more formal. Though we do not have a specific dress code, please dress as you feel is appropriate for an upscale seated craft cocktail bar and restaurant.
